TRAINING/EDUCATION DIRECTOR OPENING AT THE NHIAA!
Our office in Concord, NH is looking for a full-time Training and Education Director for the Life of an Athlete (LoA) program. This is a fast paced full-time position responsible for developing educational materials and conducting training and presentation for LoA. We are looking for an educator with great follow-up skills, a keen attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to coordinate multiple projects with deadlines and be comfortable working with changing priorities.


Responsibilities:
  Create, conduct and modify training and presentations  
  Create and provide training for curriculum
  Recruit and supervise interns
  Ensure consistency of LoA training across the state of New Hampshire

  Plan and execute training and presentations for youth, coaches,

   school administration, parents and community members 

  Coordinate with the Administrative Assistant to report out to funders

  State-wide travel to LoA training and presentation.


Qualifications:
  Ability to acquire NH Prevention Certification within one year

  Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

  Experience developing and implementing curriculum
  Proficiency in Microsoft suite

  3+ years training youth preferred
