    Franklin-Winni Football Coaches Openings:

    The Franklin–Winnisquam Cooperative Football Program is seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the following stipend positions: Varsity Head Coach, Junior Varsity Head Coach, two Varsity Assistant Coaches, Middle School Head Coach, and Middle School Assistant Coach.

    These newly established cooperative programs will serve approximately 40–50 student-athletes on each team, with the high school team competing in Division III of the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA).

    Head coaches, in collaboration with their assistant coaches, will be responsible for planning and conducting practices, coaching games, and supporting the overall development of student-athletes in alignment with the values and expectations of the Franklin and Winnisquam athletic programs. The positions emphasize skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, school pride, and preparation of athletes aspiring to compete for the Franklin–Winni High School Golden Bears and the Franklin–Winni Middle School Howling Hurricanes.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Organizing and leading daily practices and game preparation
    • Fostering a positive, inclusive, and educational team environment
    • Collaborating with sub-varsity and middle school programs, assistant coaches, and the athletic department
    • Upholding all school, district, and NHIAA policies and expectations
    • Supporting and leading fundraising initiatives
